Justice & Outreach

We believe faith calls us into solidarity with our neighbors. Join us as a diverse, welcoming and affirming
Christian community practicing justice-centered discipleship, standing with those most impacted by injustice
and working together for racial, economic, and social equity.

Current Partners

Faith Action Network (FAN) is a statewide, multifaith partnership striving for just, compassionate, and sustainable communities through courageous advocacy and public action.

As a FAN-affiliated congregation, Queen Anne Baptist Church participates in faith-rooted advocacy at the local and statewide level. Our clergy and members show up alongside interfaith partners and elected leaders to advocate for economic justice, food access, housing, immigration, environmental justice, and police accountability, through public witness, legislative advocacy, and ongoing learning opportunities.
Pastor Victoria and Rev. Alex stand alongside FAN partners and U.S. Representative Pramila Jayapal at an interfaith press conference advocating for the protection of SNAP benefits and economic justice.
Pastor Victoria and Rev. Alex participate in a Church Council–organized budget forum hosted at QABC, equipping faith leaders to engage the city’s budget process and offer public comment rooted in justice, equity, and community care.
The Church Council builds collective power by accompanying, facilitating, and convening faith communities in Seattle, King County, and South Snohomish County.

Through our partnership with the Church Council, Queen Anne Baptist Church engages in faith-rooted civic advocacy focused on equity, public accountability, and the moral dimensions of public policy. Our clergy and leaders participate in leadership bodies, host and attend public forums, and offer public testimony to ensure that community care, justice, and the voices of those most impacted remain central in local decision-making.

Weekly Faith & Fellowship at
Queen Anne Manor

Queen Anne Baptist Church hosts a weekly Christian faith-sharing gathering at Queen Anne Manor, assisted living facility, centered on fellowship, worship, Scripture, prayer, and shared community. Through story, song, and monthly Communion, participants from diverse backgrounds gather as companions on a shared journey of faith in Jesus.
Queen Anne Baptist Church hosts the People’s Breakfast, a mutual aid project operated by the Seattle Mutual Aid Coalition (SMAC), providing hot meals to neighbors in downtown Seattle. Each Sunday, QABC offers free kitchen space while volunteers cook, serve, and share community. All are welcome to help from 8:30–10:30 am and be part of this hands-on effort to feed and connect with our neighbors.

Justice in Action: Past and Present

After co-hosting Pride Sunday Worship, Quest Church and QABC gathered for a shared letter-writing advocacy action affirming LGBTQIA+ lives, building community over food and fellowship before heading together to the Seattle Pride Parade.
